Fava Beans and a Nice Chianti?

Jessica Alba, wearing only a Hannibal Lecter-type mask called “The Muzzler,” appeared in her second ad for the Declare Yourself campaign. The ad urges potential voters to register for the November 4 presidential election.

The campaign is aimed at energizing young adults to participate in the 2008 election.

The non-partisan group recently gained national media attention with another photo of Alba showing the actress silenced, and struggling against dramatic bindings. Both images were shot by renowned photographer Mark Liddell.

No Surprise Here

Britney Spears' apparent ex-boyfriend, photographer Adnan Ghalib, reportedly told British magazine Heat he has a sex tape of himself with the pop star — but a source close to Spears denied it.

“There is such a tape,” Ghalib tells Heat, according to the U.K.'s Sun. “But I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical inquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further. I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.”

A source tells The Sun that the two-hour X-rated footage features Britney naked wearing just a pink wig and was allegedly shot in Mexico. (Ghalib and Spears went to Mexico together in January, right before her breakdown.)

But a source close to Spears disputed the report. "The story is completely false," the source told E! News.

Sharon's Kinda Wacky

Sharon Stone "appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan," her 8-year-old son with ex-husband Phil Bronstein, a San Francisco judge declared in a filing Tuesday, according to TMZ.com.

In a Tentative Statement of Decision as part of the actress' ongoing custody battle with Bronstein, the judge claimed that Stone suspected Roan had a spinal problem despite "no evidence to support this allegation.

"Another example of an overreaction is that [Stone] suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor," the San Francisco Superior Court judge wrote.

The judge said Bronstein had a more "simple and common sense approach" to Roan's problem: he made sure he "wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant" to avoid "any invasive procedure on this young child." The judge concluded by saying that it's unclear how Stone has "limited her career to make herself available for Roan. "Unfortunately, the problem caused by [Stone's] overreactions is painfully real for this child," the judge added.

Stone now has visitation of Roan for one weekend a month and on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. According to documents detailing a September 12 custody hearing, it was ruled that Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child" because "[Stone] failed to meet her burden of proof and denies respondent's [Sharon Stone's] request for modification of custody."

According to the minute order, Bronstein is able to "provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home thatÂ… Roan needs."

Move Over Tim

Kevin Costner will fulfill a longtime dream in November when he releases his first album with his country-rock band, Modern West.

The actor, who said that his unlikely turn as a lead singer elicited double-takes when the band played a NASCAR event in July, has been playing music with some of his band mates for nearly 20 years.

An early incarnation of the band (once called Roving Boy) stalled when Costner's movie career took off, but in the past few years he's devoted more time to music. "I remember looking out into the crowd, thinking, 'This just feels right,' " Costner, 53, said in a statement about an early performance with Modern West. The album features 12 original songs, including six tunes co-written by Costner. Several tracks will be available to country radio this week and the album will be out Nov. 11.

The band plans to tour later this year and into 2009.

Locklear Arrested

Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday evening in Santa Barbara County, Calif.

"Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall said. "The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times."

Soon after, the witness – who apparently didn't recognize the actress – spotted Locklear, 47, stopped on a nearby highway, exiting her vehicle. "The witness called 911 because she was concerned for Locklear's safety," Marshall said. "When a CHP officer arrived, Locklear was found seated inside her vehicle, which was partially blocking the roadway."

Because Locklear appeared "disoriented and impaired," she was taken to a local CHP station and drug and alcohol tests were administered, Marshall said. The actress was cooperative. "Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication," Marshall added.

Locklear was arrested on suspicion of DUI and being under the influence of a controlled substance. She booked at a local jail around 7 p.m., and released hours later.

ScarJo Weds!

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds made it official with a wedding this weekend, Reynolds's rep, Meredith O'Sullivan, confirmed.

Attended by only a handful of close friends and family, the ceremony was held at a remote wilderness retreat outside of Vancouver, B.C. This is the first marriage for both. The couple had announced their engagement in May.

Johansson, 23, began dating Reynolds, 31, last year shortly after his split from singer Alanis Morissette, who recently expressed well wishes on her ex's engagement.

Are the Girls Leaving?

More bad news for Hugh Hefner - his one "loyal" girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt, who's still married to a man in her hometown, may be stepping out on him, too.

Just a day after reports emerged that his other girlfriends weren't paying attention to house rules - Kendra Wilkinson is seeing Philadelphia Eagle Hank Baskett and Holly Madison is said to be hooking up with Criss Angel - word comes that Marquardt also has a man on the side. Our tipster says, "Bridget's been getting quite close with Nick Carpenter, Marisa Tomei's ex-boyfriend. He directed her in a movie recently and apparently they 'hang out' whenever she can escape the mansion."

Even a Caveman Can Do It

Getting into the Madison Avenue Advertising Walk of Fame is so easy, even a caveman can do it.

The Geico Caveman and the Serta Sheep advertising icons have been elected to the Walk of Fame in midtown Manhattan after online voting by the American public.

The U.S. Postal Service slogan "We Deliver For You" and the UPS tagline "What can Brown do for you?" also were inducted Monday, the first day of Advertising Week.

The Madison Avenue Advertising Walk of Fame was created by Advertising Week, a weeklong gathering of marketing professionals. Organizers have filled the Walk of Fame with bronze plaques and lamppost banners honoring such past inductees as Tony the Tiger, the Pillsbury Doughboy, the Geico Gecko and Colonel Sanders.
